Vicki is Operations Director at Sereniti and oversees all operational aspects of Sereniti’s business strategy. As a fully CIPD qualified, European Business Studies graduate with over 20 years’ generalist HR experience gained in a variety of industries and company sizes – including manufacturing and service sectors in blue chip companies and SMEs, Vicki has a pragmatic, commercial approach coupled with an approachable demeanour.
Vicki’s experience has involved working at both strategic and operational levels. Her attention to detail and the ability to work through any people issues in a calm, empathetic manner make her a credible business partner.
Nicola is Head of People & Performance at Sereniti, working alongside Vicki on business strategy and development. This role also involves the resourcing and onboarding of new associates to ensure we can offer our clients an associate team profile with a broad range of skills and industry experience.
Nicola has a full HR generalist background with over 22 years’ experience working within the chemical manufacturing sector and latterly supporting local SME’s with all their HR requirements both on an operational and strategic level. Nicola is a Chartered member of the CIPD and combines her skills and experience to deliver professional, pragmatic and reliable advice to clients.
